I’ve always been an athlete at heart. I grew up in the world of competitive and professional dance,
where discipline, movement, and performance shaped my foundation. As I got older, I followed in my
family’s footsteps and joined my high school cross country team. Overcoming injuries strengthened my
relationship with running and helped shape my passion for leading others through fitness.

After years of endurance training, performance plateaus, and recurring injuries, I was introduced to
CrossFit in 2022 at a small gym in Milan, Michigan. What started as a new challenge quickly became
one of my greatest passions. Through CrossFit and strength training, I rediscovered my love for
movement, skill development, and uplifting others through fitness, along with the powerful sense of
community that makes CrossFit so impactful.

Following a career shift during COVID, I made the decision to leave the corporate world and pursue
fitness full time. Since then, I’ve coached CrossFit and HIIT, working with individuals, small groups, and
large classes of 25 or more athletes. I also provide personal training and nutrition coaching, creating
individualized programs that support each client’s goals, lifestyle, and long-term success.

I believe the most meaningful progress happens when people feel supported, challenged, and
confident in the process. Watching athletes master new skills, gain strength, and carry that confidence
into their everyday lives is what fuels my passion for coaching. My goal is to foster a safe, fun, and
inclusive training environment where people feel empowered to grow.
