As a former gymnast I fell in love with CrossFit on the first day I walked into a CrossFit gym in 2013. The variety and intensity of the workouts challenges me both physically and mentally and I love getting to be playful and have fun with my friends on a daily basis.
As a coach I strive to build trusting relationships with our members so I can help them tune into their bodies, build their confidence, and celebrate their wins, big and small. I love how inclusive and adaptable CrossFit is and I strive to meet members where they are and encourage them to work hard and have fun wherever they are on their journey. The social atmosphere at Wolverine is also very important to me and I love getting to know people and strengthening the sense of community. The gym is my happy place and I always feel better on the way out than I did on the way in, a feeling I hope to give others as a fellow member and coach.
