Wolverine offers a weightlifting training hall compromised of 11 platforms. Each platform has its own rack, weights, and barbells. It is outfitted with Werksan and Rogue equipment along with accessory items such as pulling blocks, jerk blocks, GHDs, dumbbells, kettlebells, benches and more. Your weightlifting membership will gain you access to our large and clean facility 6 days per week, the option to attend our Wolverine Weightlifting classes, a Beyond the Whiteboard subscription, and access to some of the best coaches in weightlifting.

Hours for Open Training: Monday - Thursday 5:45 AM - 8:45 PM / Friday 5:45 AM - 7:45 PM / Saturday 7:45 AM - 12:30 PM / Sunday 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM
