Krush is a class using basic movements and skills while developing safe muscle function. Krush is created on values of having fun and creating friendships while developing active habits early on.


To build a fun and safe structured environment for kids to play, exercise, and create friendships in the Ann Arbor and surrounding community.


Kids Krush will be ran in 10 week program. Kids can come to classes on Saturday and/or Sunday at 10:00am at Wolverine Strength and Conditioning. Next program is January 18-March 23.
